This leader partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Supply Planning to improve forecast quality and S&OP effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional influence, and experience with multi-channel forecasting in a seasonal, globally integrated outdoor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience with multi-channel demand planning and S&OP processes.
• Strong analytical, governance, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with ERP, BI tools, and advanced Excel analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead global demand planning for wholesale, distributors, and DTC channels.
• Own the S&OP process, aligning inputs, risks, and opportunities across functions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for forecast accuracy and bias; drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and Supply Planning.
