Job summary

Black Diamond seeks a Director of Demand Planning to lead a global, integrated demand forecast across product lines, channels, and regions. You will translate market intelligence, historical performance, and customer demand into a consolidated plan to guide inventory, supply and financial planning.

The role requires directing the S&OP process, aligning forecast with budgets, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to manage risk and opportunity across a seasonal, globally

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning processes and multi-channel forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead global demand planning across wholesale, distributor, and DTC channels.
• Own S&OP cycle, coordinating inputs, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop forecast accuracy KPIs and drive corrective actions for bias.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to align plans.
