Job summary

This role partners closely with Foundation leadership, hospital departments, finance, and program managers to monitor fund utilization, analyze financial performance, and ensure philanthropic resources are managed effectively in support of the organization's mission. The Associate Director oversees fund management processes, including monitoring expenditures, reviewing donor gift agreements, managing budgets, preparing financial analyses and reports, and coordinating annual grant administration. This position serves as a key liaison between the Foundation and hospital partners, ensuring funding commitments are fulfilled, financial information is accurate and timely, and donor-funded programs remain compliant with organizational and audit requirements.**Pay Range**Minimum $59,342 Midpoint $89,003 Maximum $118,685*Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.***Experience**• Required: Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in performing financial accounting functions and office administrative functions.• Preferred: Minimum five (5) years of experience with database management, and development of policies and procedures. Experience working in a non-profit or not for profit environment.**Education**• Required: Associate degree in Finance, Business Administration. Equivalent professional experience accepted in lieu of education.• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Business Administration.**Training**• Required: None required.**Specialized Skills**• Required: Able to read; write and speak with professional quality; use computer and software programs necessary to the position, e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Access; operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position.
