Job summary

PROENERGY in Houston, TX, seeks a Director, Commercial Operations to drive commercial excellence across the business segment. You will lead processes, analytics, and teams that support revenue growth, margin expansion, and forecast accuracy, acting as the backbone between Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance and Leadership.

The role requires commanding pricing governance, S&OP support, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver profitable growth and a best-in-class

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education and experience.
• Aero derivative Gas Turbine experience, specifically LM2500/LM6000.
• 5+ years leading commercial or sales organizations, and/or project engineering/management.
• Must be fluent in English, with strong speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales operations processes supporting opportunity management, demand planning, and revenue forecasting.
• Provide executive insights regarding commercial trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and govern pricing strategies that maximize profitability.
• Oversee proposal development processes to ensure consistency, quality, responsiveness, and compliance.
• Collaborate with technical, legal, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into commercial performance.
