Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Sr Director of Commercial Excellence to lead high-impact initiatives across AGT’s three-year plan. You will manage 2-3 strategic programs, aligning with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to drive productivity gains in Sales and CS.

You will guide end-to-end delivery, develop actionable frameworks, and mentor a strategic planning team while maintaining a culture of innovation and rigor. This role reports to the VP of Commercial Excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15 years of experience in strategy, operations, or project leadership with increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex challenges.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, capable of crafting and delivering persuasive narratives.
• Thrives in a high-operational-rigor environment; self-starter and agile.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from framing through execution with tracking and impact realization.
• Develop strategic frameworks focused on actionable insights and results.
• Lead complex program management efforts balancing oversight with hands-on execution.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align initiatives across the organization.
• Engage stakeholders to identify challenges, propose solutions, and manage expectations.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and updates.
