Job summary

Bluewater Technologies Group, Inc. is seeking a Director of Client Services for Live Events in Wixom, MI. The role focuses on client relationship management, sales growth, and revenue expansion across a portfolio of live, virtual, and hybrid experiences.

You will oversee onboarding through renewal, lead a cross-functional team, and drive strategic account planning while ensuring flawless delivery at activations, nights, weekends, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in client services, account management, or program delivery within experiential/event marketing space.
• Proven success managing high-profile clients and multi-channel programs (physical, digital, and hybrid).
• Experience driving account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic planning.
• Prior leadership experience managing and scaling client-facing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client growth, retention, and satisfaction across high-value accounts.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of experiential programs from ideation to activation.
• Collaborate with Creative, Development, and Production to align deliverables with client expectations.
