Role Summary:
The Director of Client Services leads the direction and execution of client relationship management with a strong emphasis on sales growth, client retention, and revenue expansion. This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of client engagement—from onboarding through renewal—while identifying and pursuing opportunities to deepen client value through upselling, cross-selling, and solution development. This position works cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams to align client services with broader business goals.
This role requires a proactive mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects while staying calm under pressure. You’ll also be expected to be onsite for select activations, sometimes for extended hours—including nights, weekends, and travel—as part of ensuring flawless execution.
