4Wall is seeking a Director of LED Services to lead LED product strategy and market introduction from Detroit. You will identify LED needs, conduct market research, and align efforts with the national asset management team to bring new LED products to market.

The role includes training Production Managers at the national level and driving standardized LED equipment across the company. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of LED equipment including brands, uses, values.
• Assist with product strategy, including vendor meetings and new product launches.
• Standardizing of companywide LED equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify LED product needs and conduct market research to bring new LED products to market.
• Integrate plans with the national asset management staff for market introduction.
• Train and support Production Managers at the national level.
