Job summary

Fabricut, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Director of Business Systems & PMO to drive the strategy and execution of our enterprise systems, analytics, and process improvements across operations.

You will partner with business leadership and IT to implement ERP (NetSuite), WMS, integrations, and Power BI dashboards, while guiding teams in business analysis, project management, master data, and analytics. This role requires strong communication, governance, and data quality practices to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in business systems, enterprise applications, or IT management.
• 3+ years in a people management role leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and WMS.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing data governance, master data management, and analytics functions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team across business analysis, project management, master data, and analytics functions.
• Define and execute the business systems roadmap in alignment with strategy and CIO direction.
• Establish governance frameworks, change management processes, and documentation standards for enterprise systems.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies through automation, integration, and system optimization.
• Own the full lifecycle of business-critical systems in coordination with the Director of Application Development.
• Oversee the PMO, ensuring delivery standards, methodology, and portfolio visibility.
