Job summary

CoreWeave in the United States is seeking a Director of Operations Accounting to lead accounting for supply chain, inventory, and asset lifecycles. You will balance hands-on work with long-term transformation, driving faster close timelines and accurate reporting.

You will design and implement robust controls, manage ERP migrations from NetSuite to SAP/Oracle, and partner across Operations, FP&A, IT, and Procurement to scale a rapidly growing data-center business.

Qualifications

• Progressive accounting experience including senior leadership in supply chain/inventory/cost accounting.
• Strong ownership of inventory valuation, GRIR, standard cost/absorption under US GAAP.
• Proven design/operation of SOX-compliant controls over supply chain processes and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations across supply chain, inventory, and asset lifecycles; manage GRIR, absorption costing, and valuation.
• Drive systems transformation and risk controls; oversee ERP migrations and end-to-end SOX controls.
• Provide strategic leadership, scale a global team, and partner with Operations, FP&A, IT.
