Job summary

SBH Fashion seeks a Director of Systems Integration and Data Technology to lead the enterprise systems strategy, architecture, and execution, unifying NetSuite, data warehousing, and integrations to support scalable growth.

You will own the technology roadmap, drive data architecture, and oversee middleware and APIs, partnering with business units to deliver shippable, reliable technology solutions while ensuring best practices and documentation are in place.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise systems, technical leadership, or solutions architecture in a DTC/omnichannel retail environment.
• Experience owning a data infrastructure layer.
• Deep NetSuite expertise including workflows, saved searches, and configuration.
• Strong experience designing and managing integrations using iPaaS tools like Celigo.
• Hands-on with APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Experience defining architectural standards or roadmaps.
• Strong diagnostic, debugging, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and daily health of core enterprise systems, with NetSuite as the system of record.
• Maintain a multi-year technology roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Define data architecture, warehousing, and reporting infrastructure.
• Lead middleware and integration architecture for structured, maintainable workflows.
• Evaluate and select new platforms with focus on long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into solutions.
• Develop and manage NetSuite configurations, workflows, and scripts.
• Monitor performance and integrations; diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
• Lead upgrades, releases, and maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Provide technical oversight to vendors and contractors.
• Establish documentation, SOPs and best practices; train internal users.
