Job summary

Talent is seeking a Director of IT - Manufacturing Systems to lead technology strategy and application delivery across Production Operations and Finance. This senior leader will partner with business leaders, drive ERP modernization, and ensure critical systems support growth and efficiency.

The role requires 10+ years in information systems, 5-7+ years in IT leadership, and proven ERP modernization experience, with strong business acumen and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Solutions Design, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of information systems experience, including 5-7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading ERP transformation programs and enterprise application modernization.
• Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and technology investments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to identify current and future technology needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Lead ERP transformation initiatives focused on modernizing business processes, strengthening data governance, and improving operational efficiency.
• Oversee enterprise applications, including Oracle ERP and custom-built business applications.
• Lead application maintenance, enhancement, integration, and ongoing support across the enterprise.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and technology investments to maximize ROI.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team while driving accountability, development, and succession planning.
• Provide technology thought leadership and guide innovative programs that improve business effectiveness.
