Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, computer science, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in business systems, enterprise applications, or IT management.
• 3+ years in a people management role leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms and WMS.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing data governance, master data management, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team across business analysis, project management, master data, and analytics.
• Define and execute the business systems roadmap in alignment with strategy and CIO direction.
• Establish governance frameworks, change management processes, and documentation standards for enterprise systems.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies through automation, integration, and system optimization.
• Own the full lifecycle of business-critical systems in coordination with the Director of Application Development.
• Oversee the PMO, ensuring delivery standards, methodology, and portfolio visibility.
• Remove blockers, manage escalations, and maintain executive visibility into status and risks.
• Partner with Application Development and Service Delivery on cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop data governance standards and master data stewardship across enterprise systems.
• Oversee Power BI analytics, dashboards, and infrastructure; surface operational trends and risks.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions; manage relationships with vendors and integrators.
