The Director of Business Systems & PMO leads the execution of business systems initiatives, analytics, and process improvements that support company operations. This role plays a key part in business requirements, process design, user adoption, project coordination, data governance, and analytics.
Serving as the primary bridge between business leadership and technology, the Director ensures systems such as ERP (e.g., NetSuite), WMS, integrations, and analytics platforms including Microsoft Power BI deliver measurable operational and financial value. The role leads teams responsible for business analysis, project management, master data, and analytics, ensuring technology investments align with business objectives, are properly prioritized, effectively governed, and supported by high-quality data.
This position is primarily sedentary, requiring approximately 7 hours of sitting and 1 hour of walking during an 8‑hour workday. The role also requires frequent computer use, communication, reading, and fine motor skills.
