Job summary

Czarnowski Collective is seeking a Director, IT PMO in Atlanta to govern IT project portfolio, manage budgets, and lead vendor and contract management. You will chair the IT Steering Committee, align priorities with executives, and drive complex ERP and data initiatives across D365 and Power BI/Fabric.

The role is hands-on leadership, overseeing a PMO team, setting delivery standards, and partnering with the CIO on digital transformation efforts, capex/opex budgeting, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Govern IT governance and steering committee oversight.
• Own capex/opex budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Design and run IT governance, chairing the IT Steering Committee and defining intake and prioritization.
• Drive executive and cross-functional stakeholder alignment on priorities, investment trade-offs, and risk.
• Report portfolio status to executive leadership including risk, budget, schedule, and resourcing.
• Lead the most complex IT projects personally while overseeing the PMO team.
