Job summary

Salesforce in New Jersey is seeking a Director of AgentExchange Security & Labs to architect and lead a global platform innovation program focused on ecosystem security and AI-assisted workflows.

You will guide matrixed teams through labs solutions, security reviews, and data-driven insights, partnering with Product Security, Legal, Marketing, and GTM teams to accelerate adoption and deliver value across the Trailblazer ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in program management, technical product management, or GTM strategy within a high-growth SaaS enterprise.
• Proven ability to influence without authority at SVP/EVP level without direct reports.
• Security program experience with complex reviews, escalations, and operational structures.
• AI & automation fluency with practical experience embedding AI workflows into operations.
• Salesforce ecosystem expertise across Admin, Developer, Architect personas, AgentExchange.

Responsibilities

• Strategic guidance: set and champion a 2-3 year vision for the Labs portfolio and align with platform releases.
• Security review program: liaison to Product Security, co-design reviews, and manage escalations.
• AI-accelerated architecture: own AI-tooling roadmap and automation strategies for labs programs.
• Data-driven insights: synthesize program health data into executive-ready dashboards.
• Ecosystem engagement: represent Salesforce at major events and drive community visibility.
