• Hands-on AI/automation fluency with embedding AI workflows in operations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic guidance: set and champion a 2–3 year vision for the Labs portfolio, aligned with core initiatives and platform releases.
• Security review program: act as the primary liaison to Product Security and own the ecosystem security review processes.
• AI-accelerated architecture: design the AI-tooling roadmap to automate repetitive workflows and scale programs.
• Data-driven insights: synthesize program health data into executive-ready dashboards and narratives.
• Ecosystem engagement: represent Salesforce at major events and drive demand for Labs solutions.
