You will guide matrixed teams through end-to-end lifecycle, embedding AI-assisted workflows across roadmaps, data analysis, and security reviews, while engaging executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading program management or GTM strategy in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to influence executives without direct reporting lines.
• Strong security program background with complex reviews and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Set a multi-year Labs roadmap aligned with Salesforce initiatives and releases.
• Partner with executives on Labs investments, retirements and ecosystem value.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Product Security, Marketing and more.
• Co-design ecosystem security programs and review methodologies with Product Security.
• Architect AI tooling and automation to scale partner programs and content.
