Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director of AgentExchange Security & Labs to lead the global platform innovation program and drive ecosystem security. This IC role focuses on aligning cross-functional teams, modernizing operating models with AI-assisted workflows, and ensuring partner security across the Trailblazer ecosystem.

The position emphasizes strategic governance, product security partnerships, and data-driven insights to guide lifecycle actions and high-impact program outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in leadership roles within a high-growth SaaS enterprise.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.
• Strong security program experience managing complex reviews and escalations.
• Hands-on AI/automation fluency, embedding LLM workflows in operations.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem (Admin, Developer, Architect).
• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I & II.

Responsibilities

• Set and champion a 2–3 year strategic vision for the Labs portfolio and align with platform releases.
• Advise executives on Labs investment strategies and ecosystem value.
• Build durable cross-functional partnerships across Legal, Product Security, Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Trailblazer Community.
