Job summary

Salesforce in New York is seeking a Director of AgentExchange Security & Labs to lead global platform innovation, security review operations, and AI-enabled ecosystem workflows. This IC role drives cross-functional alignment without direct reports and guides labs solutions end-to-end from roadmap to deployment.

You will partner with Cloud GMs, Product Management, Legal and Marketing to modernize the operating model, scale security reviews, and accelerate ecosystem value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in program/product management or GTM strategy within a SaaS enterprise.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience navigating security reviews and escalations in enterprise software.
• Hands-on AI/automation experience embedded in workflows to improve cycle times.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and related Admin/Developer/Architect personas.
• Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Platform Developer I/II are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Year Roadmap Advisory: set 2-3 year vision for Labs portfolio.
• Executive GM Partnership: advise Cloud GMs and PM teams on Labs investments.
• Cross-Functional Influence: build durable partnerships across Legal, Product Security, Marketing, Solution Eng.
• Product Security Partnership: co-design ecosystem security programs and review methodologies.
• Escalation Management: lead high-priority partner security escalations with executives.
• Commercial Fee Architecture: own security review fee structure strategy.
• Ecosystem Security Guardrails: optimize baseline to reduce cycle time for ISV/Labs reviews.
• AI Tooling & Automation Strategy: own AI tooling roadmap for Labs operations.
• Advanced Content Automation: build AI-driven content kits for faster GTM.
