Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Director of AgentExchange Security & Labs to architect global platform innovation and drive ecosystem security. This IC role focuses on cross-functional alignment, embedding AI-assisted workflows across roadmapping, data analysis, and security reviews, while guiding partner security initiatives.

You will lead matrixed teams through Labs lifecycle management, from identifying market gaps to scaling adoption across the Trailblazer ecosystem, with a focus on AI-enabled workflows

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in program management, product management, or GTM strategy within a SaaS environment.
• Documented success leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning senior stakeholders without direct reports.
• Strong background in software security reviews and managing escalations.
• Hands-on experience embedding AI workflows to accelerate operations and scale output.
• Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (Admin, Developer, Architect).
• Certifications in Salesforce (Admin, Platform Developer I/II) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and champion the 2–3 year strategic vision for the Labs portfolio. Align with corporate initiatives and platform releases.
• Advise Cloud GMs and Product teams on Labs investments, retirements and ecosystem value.
• Build durable cross-functional partnerships across Legal, Product Security, Marketing, and Solution Engineering.
• Partner with Product Security to co-design security programs and review methodologies.
• Lead for high-priority partner security escalations and resolve vulnerabilities with executives.
• Own the security review fee structure and ensure ecosystem growth with cost recovery.
• Collaborate with PMs and Security to optimize the technical baseline and reduce cycle times for reviews.
• Architect AI-tooling roadmaps to automate repetitive processes and scale programs.
• Lead content automation using AI for demos, blogs, and enablement decks.
