Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a Director of AgentExchange Security & Labs to steer the global platform innovation program and elevate ecosystem security across the Trailblazer ecosystem.

This high‑impact IC role requires strategic vision and the ability to influence across functions without direct reporting. You will own end‑to‑end lifecycle for Labs solutions, embed AI‑assisted workflows in roadmaps and security reviews, and partner with Product Security, Legal, Marketing, Solution

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in program/PM or GTM strategy within a high-growth SaaS enterprise.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority at SVP/EVP level.
• Strong background in software security reviews and escalations.
• Experience embedding AI workflows into business processes.
• Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and AgentExchange.

Responsibilities

• Define 2-3 year strategic vision for the Labs portfolio.
• Partner with executives on Labs investment strategies and value realization.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships across Legal, Product Security, Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Trailblazer Community.
• Own the Security Review operations and fee architecture.
• Escalation management for high-priority security issues.
