Morrison Living, a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Dining Services Director to lead the community’s F&B/culinary operation, ensuring resident and client satisfaction with best-in-class hospitality while achieving financial goals.

The role requires strategic leadership, adherence to health and safety standards, and a focus on developing a high-performing team within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent financial, budgetary, accounting, and computational skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, email, and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall dining services operation to meet resident and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operating strategy aligned with client business goals and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and Compass Group standards; oversee safety and sanitation programs.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance; communicate results to stakeholders.
• Foster a positive work environment; lead team meetings and staff development.
