Job summary

You will oversee strategy development and implementation, align with Compass Community Living service standards, and serve as the on-site face of the company, driving a best-in-class hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the food & beverage operation aligned with client strategy.
• Own P&L and budgeting for the operation.
