Job summary

Compass Group USA, a leader in hospitality food service, seeks a Dining Services Director in Roseville, MN. You will lead the community's food and beverage operation, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve financial targets while modeling exceptional service and team leadership.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong P&L and budgeting skills, and a passion for scratch cooking and guest experiences. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Services Management or related field.
• A.A. degree plus four years of directly related experience preferred.
• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with P&L and budget management.
• Knowledge of food cost controls, sanitation, and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operating strategy aligned with Compass Community Living and client business strategy.
• Own on-site leadership and drive service excellence across dining operations.
• Oversee safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs and ensure health regulations are met.
• Lead regular team meetings and coach staff to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor resident and client satisfaction, identify improvements, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive cost controls to meet targets.
