Compass Group USA is seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead all dining operations within a corporate/high-volume hospitality environment in Seattle, WA. You will oversee daily operations, financial performance, team leadership, and client relationships, driving service excellence and menu innovation.

The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with a passion for food service, team development, and delivering an engaging dining experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of food service management in corporate dining or high-volume settings.
• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and cost controls.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for dining services, catering, and events.
• Build relationships with clients and employees to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus and programs.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and daily sales reporting.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
