Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Program Engagement Lead in Fort Wayne, IN to own planning, estimation and execution for secured program environments across units. The role acts as the key digital technology touchpoint, guiding projects from proposal through sustainment in a fast-paced matrix setting.

The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure on-time delivery while navigating security requirements and government programs.

Qualifications

• Requires a University Degree and 8+ years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and 5+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret/Top Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience managing digital technology projects incl. infrastructure and software development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DT, Facilities, Engineering, and Security on proposal materials and basing estimates.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, and performance with forecasts and EACs.
• Document scope changes across the lifecycle of the DT development and collaborative environments.
• Prepare status presentations for internal and external leadership.
• Establish key project metrics, milestones, and monitor adherence to scope and budget.
• Resolve conflicts and promote cross-functional collaboration to meet goals.
• Participate in process improvements to improve predictable delivery of DT services.
• Facilitate technical collaboration with third parties to accelerate resolution.
