Braviant Holdings is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own its marketing channels end-to-end, including the website, SEO, and paid acquisition. You will manage the budget, roadmap, and ROI, partnering with Growth, Data, and Legal/Compliance to ensure fast, compliant results.

Strategic, execution-focused candidates with 4+ years in digital marketing and a track record of driving traffic and conversions will thrive in this role. On-site, Addison, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of digital marketing experience with ownership of a marketing website, SEO, and paid ad campaigns.
• Experience owning a marketing budget and reporting ROI, CAC, or similar metrics.
• Experience in financial services/fintech a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital marketing budget across website, SEO/GEO, and paid channels; monitor performance and optimize ROI.
• Develop a digital marketing roadmap aligning website, search, and paid priorities with acquisition goals.
• Drive top-of-funnel growth, improve conversion, and optimize customer journey across digital channels.
• Own GA4 instrumentation and reporting; build dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with Growth, Data/Analytics, and Legal/Compliance to keep marketing compliant and effective.
