Job summary

Braviant Holdings seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to own Braviant's digital channels end to end, including the website, SEO, and paid acquisition. You will manage the budget, roadmap, and ROI, and produce ad and landing page creative in collaboration with Growth, Analytics, and Legal/Compliance.

The role offers ownership over strategy and performance, with flexible level (Senior Specialist or Manager) based on experience. On-site five days a week in Addison, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on ownership of a marketing website, SEO, and paid ad campaigns.
• Experience owning a marketing budget and reporting ROI, CAC, or similar metrics to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital marketing budget across website, SEO/GEO, and paid channels; monitor performance weekly.
• Develop and maintain a digital marketing roadmap aligning website, search, and paid priorities with acquisition goals.
• Drive strategy to grow top-of-funnel traffic, improve conversion, and optimize the customer journey across digital channels.
• Monitor KPIs and report outcomes, risks, and recommendations to leadership on a regular cadence.
• Build and deliver clear reporting and presentations on digital marketing performance, strategy, and investment recommendations.
• Own and maintain Braviant's marketing website in Webflow; pages, landing pages, forms, and site structure.
• Design, write, and launch new landing pages, and optimize existing ones for conversion.
• Own on-page, technical, and content SEO; monitor visibility and improve rankings; track organic traffic.
