Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of sales or commercial experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare tech.
• Hunter mentality with proven revenue growth and new-business success.
• Strong business acumen, forecasting, and territory analytics.
• Ability to explain genetics/genomics and diagnostic utility to clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Own key accounts within the territory and develop growth strategies.
• Expand relationships across physician offices, health systems, and specialty practices.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with a hunter mindset.
• Partner with physicians to integrate diagnostic solutions including genetic testing.
• Support onboarding and adoption for new accounts; escalate issues as needed.
• Present business cases, proposals, and bids showing clinical and economic value.
• Use CRM and market data to execute territory strategy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, policy, and contracting guidelines.
