Qualifications

• Hunter mentality with a proven track record of growing revenue and acquiring new business.
• Strong business acumen with territory performance analysis and forecasting experience.
• Ability to communicate genetics/genomics basics and diagnostic value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute robust territory and account-growth plans using commercial and analytical skills.
• Build and expand high-value relationships across physician offices, health systems, and specialists.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and drive growth with a hunter mindset.
• Partner with physicians to integrate diagnostic solutions and lab services.
• Support onboarding and adoption for new and existing accounts; escalate issues when needed.
• Present business cases, proposals, and bids communicating clinical and economic value.
• Leverage insights and CRM tools to execute territory strategy and ensure compliance.
