Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Joint Venture Strategic Support Lead to serve as the primary technical liaison between Abbott and the JV laboratory. You will provide expert diagnostics support across instrumentation, assays, middleware, and laboratory workflow while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

You will own Alinity system operations, deliver training, and collaborate with FSE teams to maximize reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field; minimum 5 years in diagnostics or healthcare environment.
• Experience troubleshooting laboratory instrumentation, assays, or workflow.
• Direct customer-facing experience with relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical representative and trusted advisor within the JV laboratory.
• Provide routine and advanced operational support for Alinity platforms; monitor performance and train staff.
• Lead troubleshooting for assay performance concerns; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate issue resolution with vendors, IT teams, and Abbott support organizations; ensure effective escalation.
