Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in information systems, computer science, life sciences, or a related field with relevant IT/lab ops experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and service providers in regulated environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to drive resolution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly support priorities with the service provider and stakeholders.
• Lead analysts supporting laboratory compute operations and ensure timely deliverables.
• Manage lifecycle and support for laboratory computing devices and related systems.
• Collaborate with scientists and tech teams to align compliance, upgrades and business needs.
• Implement process improvements for standardized and secure lab compute services.
