AECOM is seeking a Client Account Senior Manager to enhance our partnership with the DHS. You will lead strategic account management, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and drive growth across regional and global accounts. This role blends relationship management with delivery excellence in a hybrid work model based in the DC area.

Ideal candidates bring a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or related discipline is required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Experience working with DHS or government clients is essential.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams to deliver complex solutions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for one or more large regional accounts or key global/regional accounts.
• Develop, grow and sustain AECOM's business with assigned client portfolios.
• Coordinate client interactions to ensure high-quality service and timely issue resolution.
• Lead efforts across regions and business lines to optimize commercial terms and deliverables.
