Job summary

AECOM Government Business Line seeks a highly motivated Client Account Sr Manager to strengthen DHS partnerships. You will be the primary contact for regional and global accounts, developing, growing and sustaining AECOM’s business with assigned clients while coordinating across teams to deliver solutions on time.

This hybrid role can be based in Arlington, VA; Baltimore, MD; Germantown, MD; or Washington, D.C., combining remote and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in leadership.
• Prior experience with DHS and ability to navigate relationships within the organization.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, grow and sustain AECOM's business with assigned accounts.
• Coordinate client interactions to ensure high quality service and resolve delivery issues or conflicts.
• Serve as primary contact for one or more large regional or global accounts and align cross-functional teams.
