Job summary

AECOM is seeking a highly motivated Client Account Senior Manager to strengthen our partnership with the DHS. This hybrid role, based in the Arlington area, will lead regional accounts and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality services on time.

You will drive client strategy, manage risks, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating across regions, business lines and delivery disciplines. U.S. citizenship and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or related discipline is required.
• Ten or more years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency, including at least 2 years of leadership, are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client accounts with DHS, developing, growing and sustaining AECOM's business for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with client and internal teams to ensure high‑quality delivery, manage risks and resolve delivery issues.
• Act as the primary contact for the client, building strategic relationships and expanding opportunities across regions and business lines.
