AECOM is seeking a Client Account Senior Manager to strengthen our DHS partnership. The role involves leading relationships with large regional accounts, growing business, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The position is hybrid, based in/around Arlington, VA; Baltimore, MD; Germantown, MD; Washington DC, with compensation $190,000–$250,000 annually including potential leadership responsibilities and security considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or other related discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the role.
• Active government clearance is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Primary contact and leader for AECOM’s relationship with one or more large regional accounts.
• Develop, grow and sustain AECOM’s business for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate client interactions to ensure high-quality service and resolve delivery issues.
• Identify risks and manage project delivery with internal teams.
