Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in the United States is seeking a Development Strategy Manager to translate market intelligence, customer demand, and portfolio priorities into clear, decision-ready recommendations. You will help maintain portfolio visibility, guide site prioritization, and craft materials for capital allocation and executive decisions.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Development Strategy, the role drives analyses that support leasing strategy, inventory creation, and customer engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, enterprise deal execution, contract structuring, or related.
• Experience supporting large, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities in RFP-driven or structured sales.
• Exposure to technology, data centers, telecommunications, or capital-intensive industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing, sales, product, design, and operations to support prospecting and enterprise engagement.
• Develop high-quality marketing materials, site briefs, and executive presentations.
• Shape asset positioning, including size, phasing, power, schedule, and leasing strategy.
• Produce portfolio fit assessments and market narratives to reflect customer requirements.
• Support Board materials, Monthly Business Reviews, and governance through clear analysis and recommendations.
