Vantage Data Centers LLC seeks a Development Strategy Senior Manager to translate market signals into actionable recommendations. You will lead cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, legal, and finance to shape portfolio priorities and capital allocation decisions.

The role demands 8+ years in commercial strategy, a strong finance background, and expertise in contract mechanics and governance. Remote work is possible for select locations, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years in commercial strategy, enterprise deal execution, or related areas.
• Experience supporting large multi-stakeholder opportunities in structured sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing, sales, product, legal and finance to align opportunities.
• Lead strategic workstreams from engagement through contract execution.
• Develop robust business cases with governance and financial sensitivities.
• Design KPI reporting and commercial governance processes.
• Collaborate across functions to optimize deal structures and revenue models.
