Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned region's fundraising strategy, campaigns, events, and initiatives.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and prospects.
• Collaborate with boards, committees, and working groups.
• Manage and mentor staff in a small office (1–3).
• Oversee budgets and maintain accurate financial records.
• Develop reports and analyze department metrics and impact.
• Support regional offices with development strategies and processes.
• Build relationships with strategic partners and organizations.
• Design and disseminate donor communications and resources.
