American Jewish Committee (AJC) seeks a senior Development leader to oversee regional fundraising strategy and donor engagement. This role plans campaigns, manages a small team, and oversees budgets and reporting to advance AJC’s mission globally.

Strong leadership, strategic fundraising and collaboration with boards are essential. The position requires a minimum of 10 years in related work, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and proven ability to drive development initiatives, including
