Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership or advanced professional role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the department's strategy, goals, and action plan.
• Develop, manage, and facilitate advocacy programs, projects, initiatives, events, meetings, trainings, and missions.
• Identify opportunities to expand departmental initiatives beyond existing programs.
• Draft, edit, and disseminate communications resources and materials.
• Build coalitions and partnerships with organizations to advance AJC’s mission.
• Collaborate on fundraising efforts and support donor outreach and reporting.
