Job summary

The American Jewish Committee (AJC) seeks a Senior Associate to support its Women’s Leadership Board programs and major gifts initiatives, ensuring donor pipelines, stewardship, and research drive fundraising growth.

In this role, you will coordinate with National Development leadership, manage multiple projects, prepare briefing materials, and help frontline fundraisers cultivate and solicit donors while maintaining rigorous data and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of fundraising, nonprofit operations, donor relations, or related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong project management abilities with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage major gifts portfolios and donor pipelines.
• Track donor movement through all stages of fundraising.
• Prepare weekly and monthly pipeline reports, dashboards, and analyses.
• Support Women’s Leadership Board members and program events.
• Coordinate donor meetings, briefings, and follow-up activities.
• Develop donor profiles and solicitation strategies.
