Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• CFRE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop fundraising, event, and gift strategies to support the organization’s mission, vision, and goals.
• Maintain donor portfolio and cultivate new relationships through outreach and community engagements.
• Provide strategic leadership for fundraising events and sponsorships, and manage event performance and community engagement.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop short- and long-term fundraising strategies and engage the Board.
• Oversee development operations and staff with clear strategies to increase revenue.
