Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required.
• A minimum of 3–5 years as a manager of major or principal gift fundraisers.
• A minimum of 6–8 years’ experience closing $1M+ gifts year over year.
• High emotional intelligence, tenacity, adaptability and strong trust-building.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications.
• Proven ability to manage complex pipelines and drive fundraising strategy.

• Develop the Major Gift band strategy in collaboration with development leadership.
• Set year-over-year growth fundraising targets and monitor progress.
• Lead pipeline reviews and coordinate donor strategy with gift officers across units.
