El Paso Live is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the organization's visibility and market presence. The role requires a strong focus on digital marketing, event promotions, and brand positioning.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within entertainment or destination marketing, along with leadership capabilities to direct a high-performing team. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are preferred for effective communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing within entertainment or destination marketing.
• 3+ years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital marketing strategy including website performance and SEO.
• Create and supervise marketing plans for ticketed events.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for leadership.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal skills

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Ability to prioritize multiple projects

Ability to effectively supervise and motivate staff

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Website maintenance and basic HTML knowledge

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related field
