Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, deployment planning, and installation coordination principles.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules using project management or scheduling tools.
• Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent deployments while meeting established deadlines and milestones.
• Experience preparing deployment, installation, and travel schedules for technical implementation teams.
• Ability to coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, including logistics, shipping, receiving, deployment, training, and technical staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, management, and technical personnel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree with 3+ years of experience; OR Master of Arts/Master of Science degree with 1+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment schedules and travel plans for IT deployment teams.
• Update project schedules weekly and secure government approvals.
