Job summary

Empower AI is seeking a Deployment Scheduler & Coordinator to support the Department of State in the PMO, ensuring IT project operations and required deliverables align with the customer’s mission enterprise-wide.

You will maintain the integrated master schedule, coordinate across Product Teams, and drive early and continuous Enterprise Operations involvement while working in a regulated federal environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide, maintain, and support tools and processes to track and manage projects.
• Coordinate with Government representatives for project execution and documentation.
• Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule for all operational elements.
• Engage with Product Teams throughout the product life cycle from planning through deployment.
• Facilitate collaboration sessions between Enterprise Operations and Product Teams to align requirements and timelines.
