• Experience developing and managing schedules for complex projects using scheduling tools.
• Must be able to communicate with vendors and partners in remote locations.
• Strong ability to identify schedule risks and mitigation options.

Responsibilities

• Build WBS and project schedules based on SOW and stakeholder inputs.
• Proactively identify schedule opportunities and risks, along with mitigations.
• Assist program leadership in deconflicting personnel and facility resources between multiple projects.
• Schedule major meetings and test events based on project needs and key personnel availability.
• Create schedule visualizations and narratives to communicate status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Perform 'what if' analyses to show schedule impacts of potential actions.
