Job summary

ClearPlan Consulting is seeking experienced Program Planners with hands-on expertise in Program Planning and Scheduling using MS Project or Open Plan, plus Department of Defense contracting experience. Candidates will support DoD projects nationwide with substantial travel and EVMS involvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with Program Planning/Scheduling in MS Project or Open Plan.
• Experience with Department of Defense contracting and EVMS in all acquisition phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS/IMS).
• Develop Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for Proposal Projects per policies.
• Baseline Resource Loaded IMS for Post Award Projects per DI-MGMT-81861.
• Support Earned Value Management and cost/schedule integration.
• Maintain Resource Loaded IMS and forecasting.
• Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and related schedule health checks.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
• Maintain EVMS processes with data tracking and analysis.
